Your dashboard found the problem.
SurfaceGX ships the fix.

Visibility tools tell you ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews are misreading your brand. SurfaceGX finds the specific reason a page cannot be read, then hands your team a developer-ready repair artifact. From finding to fix, in one place.

Where monitoring stops, repair begins

Every AI visibility tool can tell you something is wrong. The gap is the handoff: marketing sees a score drop, and no one can tell the developer what to change. SurfaceGX closes that gap with a root-cause diagnosis and the exact artifact a team deploys.

Your visibility dashboard

Reports the symptom

  • A prompt that should cite you doesn't.
  • Your visibility score dropped this week.
  • A page is flagged "low AI visibility."
  • An engine is summarizing you wrong.
  • The trend line, the alert, the export. Then it stops.
SurfaceGX

Names the cause and writes the fix

  • robots.txt blocks GPTBot, so the page never gets read.
  • Product schema conflicts with the page's canonical tag.
  • JSON-LD is missing on the pricing page, so models guess.
  • No llms.txt, so engines build your story from scraps.
  • Each finding ships as a Fix Card or a GitHub pull request. Then we re-scan to confirm it landed.

Questions worth asking

Is this another AI visibility dashboard? +

No. Dashboards report that AI engines misread you. SurfaceGX finds the specific reason a page cannot be read or trusted, then produces the fix: a Fix Card, an llms.txt file, a robots.txt change, a schema patch, or a GitHub pull request. Monitoring tells you the score. We change what the score measures.

What exactly is a repair artifact? +

A concrete, deployable output tied to one finding. A Fix Card is a plain-English explanation of the broken signal plus the exact change to make. For code-level fixes we open a GitHub pull request against your repo with the corrected schema, JSON-LD, canonical tag, or config. Your team reviews and merges. Nothing ships behind your back.

Will your fixes break my site? +

Fixes arrive as a review step, not an automatic deploy. A pull request waits for your developer to read, approve, and merge it. After it lands, we re-scan the page to confirm the AI readability issue is actually resolved. That closed-loop check is the point: a finding isn't done until the fix is verified.

What's the difference between brand and agency plans? +

Brand plans are scoped to your own domains. Agency plans are built around client workspaces, with white-labeled diagnosis reports and pooled Fix Card capacity, so you can scan a client roster and walk in already holding the fixes.

Does this replace my SEO or visibility tool? +

It sits next to them. Keep your monitoring. SurfaceGX is the repair layer for the issues those tools flag but cannot fix. Think of it as the moment after the dashboard.

What happens if I hit a plan limit? +

You won't be cut off mid-fix. As you approach a limit on pages, Fix Cards, or domains, we reach out to add capacity so nothing in flight gets interrupted.

How does annual billing work? +

Annual billing runs about 17 percent under month-to-month, roughly two months free. Switch between the two with the toggle above the plans.

What about security and compliance? +

Google sign-on is included on every plan. Enterprise adds SSO via SAML or OIDC and a regulated-industry workflow for fintech, wealth, legal, and healthcare, with the Hallucination Risk Engine tuned for compliance review. SOC 2 and HIPAA are on the enterprise roadmap; talk to us about timelines for a regulated deployment.

Agency partner program

Put repair in front of your clients

Built for fractional CMOs, digital transformation firms, and SEO and PR agencies. Your clients are already being misread by AI engines. Two ways to be the team that fixes it.

The opener that works: we scan your client roster and hand you the specific reason AI engines misread each one. You walk in with the diagnosis already done, positioned as the fix, not the firm that flagged the problem.
White-label

Your brand, our engine

Repair runs underneath your name. Diagnosis reports, Fix Cards, and client dashboards carry your logo. SurfaceGX stays invisible.

  • Your brand on every diagnosis report, Fix Card, and dashboard
  • You set client pricing and keep the margin
  • Pooled Fix Card capacity across your whole roster
  • Hallucination Risk Engine for regulated clients (fintech, wealth, legal, healthcare)
  • You own the relationship end to end
