About SurfaceGX

Built to keep AI answers current

SurfaceGX was founded by operators who saw the same pattern across brands: a company changes, the announcement goes out, and AI keeps telling the old story because the sources engines read were never repaired.

Founder-delivered

Meet the founders

Every engagement is delivered by the founders. Jeanine leads intake, fact approval, and the client deliverables; John owns the platform that records the evidence behind them.

Jeanine Morgan
Co-Founder, AI Visibility Strategy

Jeanine Morgan

Jeanine brings 20 years of expertise in communications, media relations, and content strategy, having built and led PR and earned media programs for some of the most reputation-sensitive brands in business.

She envisioned and co-founded SurfaceGX after experiencing firsthand how AI was distorting brand narratives in ways no traditional communications measurement tool could detect or explain.

She leads every Sprint: scope, fact approval, editorial review, and the final proof report.

John Canneto
Co-founder & CPO, Product Engineering

John Canneto

John leads the product architecture behind the platform's observation, diagnosis, and repair workflows.

John's background spans product development in AI, data infrastructure, enterprise access layers, machine learning visualization, and hands-on product engineering. At SurfaceGX, he focuses on making complex technical signals actionable for the teams responsible for shipping the fix.

Nothing publishes automatically. Every client-facing output is founder-reviewed.
Our point of view

Visibility starts before the model response

Most tools monitor where a brand appears in generated answers. SurfaceGX works on the layer before that answer exists: the approved facts, owned sources, page structure, and technical signals an engine actually reads.

The goal is practical repair with proof. Establish what is true, observe what AI shows, diagnose the conflicts, deliver work your team can ship, and recheck the same scope once so everyone can see what changed.
